The Spark
When Black Kids in Action (BKIA) reached out to Eleven23 Digital, they weren’t just looking for a website—they were looking for a voice. One that could match the vibrancy of Black youth, honor cultural heritage, and inspire community action.
But time was tight.
BKIA had an upcoming grant application and needed a professional, culturally rooted, user-friendly website ready in just 2 weeks.
Our Approach: Fast, Focused, and Faithful to the Vision
We kicked off the project by listening—to BKIA’s founder, to the tone they wanted, and to the youth they serve.
The vision was clear: “We want a site that doesn’t just say what we do, but feels like us.”
So, we adapted.
No over-complicated process. Just laser focus on collaboration, feedback, and delivery.

We curated images that reflected real stories and real faces from their events.
-
Every section—from the homepage to the soccer tournament details—was built to honor their mission and drive action: donate, join, support.

Her words were clear: “I want a brand that feels futuristic, feminine, and powerful. This is bigger than me—it’s for the next generation of changemakers.”
Our Approach: Designing with Purpose & Power
We began with deep discovery—understanding her story, her audience, and her ambition. Our branding direction centered around three pillars:
-
Futurism: A look that nods to innovation and forward-thinking technology
-
Femininity: Soft power through bold simplicity—elegant but unmissable
-
Empowerment: Visual elements that evoke growth, leadership, and community
After multiple rounds of creative exploration, we crafted a logo that:
-
Uses clean, geometric lines to symbolize STEM disciplines
-
Incorporates tech-inspired elements to reflect inclusivity and innovation
-
The logo represents elevation, unity, and direction
The Reveal
The final identity was bold yet refined, modern yet timeless—a mark that tells a story before any words are spoken.

The Challenge
Divine Transportation Services was born out of a desire to provide reliable, comfortable, and community-rooted transportation across key Canadian cities like Windsor, London, and the Detroit-Windsor corridor. But as bookings increased, the gaps in the website’s structure, service flow, and business process began to show.
The founder needed more than a good-looking site—he needed a scalable system and a smarter business model.
Our Approach: From Ride-Ready to Growth-Ready
Eleven23 Digital stepped in to support Divine Transportation in three key phases:

A simplified ride classification and pricing system
-
SOP templates for customer service, driver onboarding, and schedule coordination

Launched
The Vision
In late 2024, the founder of Career Circle Youth Foundation approached Eleven23 Digital with a powerful mission: to bridge digital skill gaps for young people across Africa, especially in underrepresented communities. The dream was to launch a non-profit that could empower youth through training, mentorship, and global exposure — starting with copywriting and expanding into broader tech and career development programs.
She had the idea. We helped her build the foundation.
What We Did
Eleven23 Digital took a hands-on, multi-phase approach to bring Career Circle to life:
1. Brand Identity Design
We crafted a memorable, mission-driven logo and visual style that speaks to growth, clarity, and connection — all key pillars of the Career Circle identity. Our design choices reflected:
-
Youth, vibrancy, and a modern tech-forward ethos
-
Circular elements symbolizing community and continuity
-
A design system versatile enough for both web and grassroots campaigns
2. Structuring the Non-Profit Model
The founder had purpose. We helped structure it into a sustainable, operational blueprint, including:
-
Departmental frameworks: Programs & Ops, Fundraising, Comms
-
The Impact Ambassador Program to lead community initiatives
-
Bootcamp model design with standard program delivery processes
-
Impact documentation, summit formats, and reporting systems
3. Website Development
We designed and built a simple, functional, and scalable website that communicates Career Circle’s work clearly and makes it easy to:
-
Learn about programs and events
-
Apply or sign up as a volunteer/ambassador
-
Engage partners, press, and donors
-
Share updates, stories, and opportunities
Real Results in Just Months
Since its launch in November 2024, Career Circle Youth Foundation has:
-
Graduated participants from a 3-month Copywriting Accelerator Program
-
Hosted 2 virtual summits with attendees across multiple African countries
-
Built a community with members in 5+ countries
-
Created real career and skill opportunities for dozens of youth
-
