  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service within 24 hours of booking and no work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. For cancellations made after work has begun, a partial refund may apply based on completed tasks.

To cancel a service before work begins:

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after booking may not qualify for a full refund
